- Plazos
- La confección dura 8–12 semanas en la mayoría de los vestidos y 10–14 o 12–16 semanas en algunos; la página de cada vestido indica su plazo. Después, la entrega tarda 1–2 semanas. A petición, es posible una confección exprés desde unos 30 días entre el pedido y la entrega, en todo el mundo, según el modelo y la fecha: díganos su vestido y la fecha de su boda antes de pedir, y una asesora le confirmará si el exprés es posible para ese modelo y esa fecha, y qué conlleva.
- Entrega
- A todo el mundo por DHL Express o UPS Priority. La entrega es gratuita para los vestidos de la colección Premium; cuesta 79 USD en Prestige y 99 USD en Value. Para direcciones de entrega en la UE, se añade un 21 % de IVA al pagar. - Pago
- Pague el importe completo o en 3 cuotas mensuales sin intereses; si paga a plazos, su vestido se envía cuando se paga la última cuota. Con «Reservar y medir después» paga hoy el importe completo o la primera cuota y envía sus medidas en 30 días, al mismo precio.
- Ajuste
- Los vestidos a medida se cortan según sus 21 medidas, que nuestro equipo revisa antes de empezar la confección. Se entregan con esas medidas y una tolerancia máxima de 2,5 cm, como establecen nuestros términos de servicio (§5.1). Aun así puede hacer falta un pequeño ajuste local, por ejemplo el bajo.
- Cancelación y devoluciones
- Puede cancelar por correo electrónico en las 24 horas siguientes al pedido. Los defectos de fabricación comunicados en los 15 días siguientes a la recepción se resuelven con un cambio o un reembolso completo. Los vestidos confeccionados a sus medidas o personalizados no se pueden devolver por cambio de opinión ni por error de talla; los vestidos en talla estándar sin personalizar pueden devolverse previa solicitud en un plazo de 14 días, con una deducción. Sweetheart vs plunge: which is lower?
A plunge (deep V) opens far lower, often to the waist, and needs built-in support; a sweetheart stays at the top of the bust. On a made-to-measure gown the depth of either is cut from your own measurements.
What is a pointed or V-sweetheart neckline?
A hybrid: the sweetheart's curve with a small V dip at the centre. It reads softer than a true V-neck and lengthens the neck a little more than a plain sweetheart.
