How long is an appointment?
90 minutes, private and complimentary, by appointment only. No deposit is required.
Which gowns can I try on?
A curated edit of sample gowns is on the rail, and every one of our 1,100+ designs can be ordered to your measurements. Email the showroom before your visit if you have a specific design in mind.
What should I bring?
Shoes at the heel height you plan to wear and any shapewear you intend to use. Skip the veil and jewellery for a first visit — the dress comes first.
How long after ordering does my gown arrive?
Most gowns are made in 8–12 weeks, some in 10–14 or 12–16 weeks, then delivered in 1–2 weeks. Need it sooner? Express, from about 30 days order to door, is possible on request: a consultant confirms it for your design and date before you order.
Can I order without visiting?
Yes. Every Devotion gown can be ordered online, made to your measurements and delivered worldwide — no appointment needed.
