Good dress from Devotion. Ordering was smooth - just provide your measurements and they take care of the rest. It looks way better in person than I expected from photos. This fabric drapes nicely and you can feel the quality. Shipping took about a week longer than expected but they kept me updated so I wasn't worried. Truly, the bust needed a quick alteration but it was easy. A reasonable choice for brides seeking good value.

Very happy with this dress for our 150-person wedding last September. It looks much better in person than on my screen. The fit is great - I could dance all night with it hugging in the right places and flowing elsewhere. it showed up beautifully wrapped. The color was a bit warmer than on my screen, but actually nicer. I'd advise other brides to try it, just keep that in mind. My photographer said it was one of the best dresses she's shot. I felt so confident walking down the aisle. I tried on dozens of dresses before finding this one.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable).
