Wore this for our intimate wedding last September and it looked great. It arrived well-packaged in a branded box with a a special bag, velvet hanger, and repair kit. Actually, the dress is way more stunning in person than photos suggested. I needed a small waist alteration that took one appointment. The back buttons were stiff at first but are fine now. Good option for budget-conscious brides. The color was exactly as shown on the website. I felt so confident walking down the aisle. I appreciated how responsive the team was throughout the process. The lace detail on the bodice is absolutely gorgeous.

The ivory tone is lovely and true to its shade - not too warm or cool. The mermaid shape hugs all the right places, but the dress is heavy. I found myself tired from holding up the skirt while walking. I also had to add a bustle for the reception, which I hadn't anticipated. The quality is amazing, with clear expert tailorsing expertise. If you're petite like me (5'3", 115 lbs), be ready for the weight.

Honestly, such a stunning gown with intricate and well-made illusion details. I'm a size 14 and was nervous about ordering online, but their measurement system worked perfectly. I wore it for my June 2022 wedding and received tons of compliments. One hook on the back was a bit tricky, but the included repair kit had extras. How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
