Gorgeous gown with just a tiny detail. Honestly, the fabric feels soft and comfy, you can tell it's high quality right away. Really lovely dress overall, with a couple small notes. The fit was spot-on for my body type - I could breathe, move, and dance with zero issues. Okay so the illusion neckline on this dress is stunning. As a teacher on a budget, Devotion Dresses saved me thousands. Actually, the dress arrived in a lovely box with a a dress cover and even a repair kit. The fit was almost perfect - only the hem needed adjusting for my height. I just wish I had gotten more frequent production updates, since the wait made me anxious, but the end result was worth it.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
