The dress is well-made but a few things to note. They kept me updated every step of the way, which I really appreciated. It arrived a bit creased but my steamer fixed it quickly. The buttons were a bit stiff at first but loosened after a few wears. Overall, I'm happy I chose Devotion. The back detail is really what makes this dress special. I've been recommending it to every bride I know.

Really beautiful gown from Devotion. I got constant compliments at my reception - everyone asked about it. You can tell it was carefully crafted with genuine care. I'm athletic and the tailored sizing made all the difference. Truly, the hem was a bit longer than I expected, but my tailor fixed it with no problem. It arrived in immaculate packaging via priority shipping Express with a velvet hanger and repair kit. Very happy overall and would definitely recommend.

Beautiful dress overall. I'm curvy and usually off-the-rack dresses don't fit well, but this was perfect. They sent progress updates throughout the process, which was reassuring. I wish they'd sent photos during production, but otherwise it was great. Excellent value for the quality. The train looked incredible in our outdoor photos. The back detail is really what makes this dress special. The color was exactly as shown on the website. It was the first dress I tried on and I just knew.

Really pleased with this gown for our vineyard ceremony. I modified the sleeves and they handled it without issue. The dress sparkles beautifully so beautifully - it almost seems to glow in some lighting. Shipping took about a week longer than expected, but I got updates so I wasn't worried. Overall, I'm happy and would recommend Devotion. The back detail is really what makes this dress special.

Almost everything about this dress was perfect. The ivory shade closely matched the photos online, and the illusion details were gorgeous. I had to have the bust taken in slightly, even though I followed the their fitting guide exactly, but my seamstress said that's normal for any dress. The price was amazing compared to bridal salons - this was custom made for less than an off-the-rack dress at the mall.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
