It's a pretty dress, but I had a mixed experience. I needed one small alteration and my seamstress was done quickly. They kept me updated during production, which I appreciated. The side zipper was stiff at first but loosened over time. Back buttons were also stiff initially but got better with wear. Overall, I'm happy with it. The dress traveled well for our destination wedding.

Wore this for my destination wedding last November. It was okay - better quality than other online dresses I looked at. The bespoke sizing meant I barely needed alterations. So many guests told me it was breathtaking, which was nice to hear. My alterations person barely had to do anything. The side zipper was a bit tough at first but got easier with use. A fair choice for the price. I was able to dance all night without any discomfort. My photographer said it was one of the best dresses she's shot. I've been recommending it to every bride I know.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
