With my wedding six months away, every time I see this dress I get butterflies. The workmanship is exceptional. I added buttons down the back and they handled it easily. Truly, the fit flatters in all the right spots, and I could wear it comfortably for over 10 hours. The fabric shines perfectly beautifully, especially at golden hour. Really a lovely bridal gown, just a couple of small things. They sent me updates at each stage, which helped calm my nerves. The fit was so great I could dance all night without adjusting it once. Pretty decent gown from Devotion with some thoughts. Truly, the back buttons were tight initially but loosened quickly. The color was more champagne than I expected but actually looked better in person. Honestly, the quality beat anything I saw in stores. It came well-packaged in a branded box and careful wrapping, which was a nice touch. The fit was very flattering and comfortable for over 10 hours. Overall, a nice dress. How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
