I got married last week and just have to say this dress was almost perfect. Only needed a tiny alteration, otherwise it fit like a dream. My partner actually cried when he saw me at the altar. The fabric shines beautifully and all the details are so well done. Devotion's team was great - they even caught a measurement that seemed off and asked me to redo it. The mermaid silhouette hugged me in all the right places, and the illusion detailing was so delicate and pretty... I'm 5'6" and 145 pounds, and their custom measurement process got the fit nearly perfect. Actually, the color was true to milk/off-white. I needed some minor bustle adjustments from my seamstress, which is pretty normal for these styles. I'd recommend it but keep in mind it probably won't be ready-to-wear without some alterations. Several guests asked me where I got it. The color was exactly as shown on the website.

Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
