The dress is well made but I had a mixed experience. The Devotion team was amazing - answered all my questions. I needed the length shortened a bit and my seamstress did it in 20 minutes. The bust was a little loose so it needed adjustment but nothing major. The dress turned out well and I'm happy enough with it.

A beautiful and well-crafted wedding dress. The jewel neckline is elegant, and the fit was mostly good, though I needed minor alterations at the waist. Truly, the fabric quality is excellent, clear signs of well-made craftsmanship. Shipping took a bit longer than expected, but the customer service kept me updated throughout. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and received many compliments on my wedding day in August 2023. Even months later, I still look at my photos and smile. How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
