This dress is pretty, with some good and not-so-good points. The sequin detailing adds a lovely shimmer. Ordering was smooth using their measurement tips for measurements. The back zipper was initially stiff but worked fine after a few tries. Glad I went with it. The quality far exceeded what I expected at this price point.

I got married last May, and this dress brought me to tears when I first opened the box. I measured myself following their guide, and though we were nervous ordering online, Devotion's the online guide made it straightforward. The fit was perfect except the bust was a little loose - my fault for a measuring slip. The mesh overlay with lace appliques is gorgeous and moves beautifully. Truly, the quality is far better than anything I tried that was twice the price.

Beautiful princess ball gown, but the zipper was quite stiff, and my mom had to help me get in and out all day. Honestly, the dress itself is stunning with carefully made lace details you can really see. It fit well in the waist and hips with my personalized fit. The lace detail on the bodice is absolutely gorgeous. My bridesmaids were all amazed when they saw it. I felt like the most beautiful bride in the world.

Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable).
