This dress is well-made but with some things to keep in mind. Actually, the Devotion team was very responsive and helped me choose between two options. The little pearls add a timeless, chic touch. I only needed the length shortened slightly; everything else fit perfectly. They responded quickly when I emailed about measurements. There was a tiny loose thread at the waist, but it was very minor. Glad I ordered it.

I really loved this dress! The only minor issue was that it was heavier than I expected, so by the eighth hour I was ready to change - it's not really a complaint though. The satin feels gorgeous and has a nice heavy weight that makes it feel very luxurious. The off-shoulder sleeves stayed put all night, which I was a bit worried about beforehand... The open back attracted lots of compliments throughout the night. Even months later, I still look at my photos and smile.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
