Pretty but with some small issues. They kept me updated at each stage, which was reassuring. The dress arrived with some creases, but my steamer got rid of them quickly. A reasonable pick for the price.

Really happy with this dress for my September wedding. It looks so much better in person than on the website. You can tell it was made with care. I'm petite and usually struggle with off-the-rack dresses but this fit wonderfully. Their support was great - they spotted a measurement mistake and had me redo it. This back buttons were tight initially but loosened after a couple of wears. Very pleased overall. The detailing on the sleeves was a beautiful touch. The quality far exceeded what I expected at this price point. I've been recommending it to every bride I know.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
