A pretty good wedding dress from Devotion. You can definitely feel the quality isn't mass-produced. My alteration person said it was one of the easiest dresses she's adjusted. The classic sweetheart neckline frames the bust beautifully. The skirt was a bit longer than I expected but my tailor fixed it quickly. A good choice for those on a budget. My bridesmaids were all amazed when they saw it. The quality far exceeded what I expected at this price point. I tried on dozens of dresses before finding this one.

Honestly, the dress is nice but not perfect. the low back caught everyone's attention - many guests mentioned it. it just feels different from store-bought. They kept me updated during the whole process, which helped with nerves. The real-life color was slightly different than my screen showed - a minor difference. The zipper was a little stiff at first but loosened up. All in all, a decent pick for the price.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
