So my experience was overall positive. I did have to follow up once about delivery timing, and they were very helpful. The ball gown shape is dreamy - the skirt's fullness is incredible. They kept me updated regularly, which helped ease my nerves about ordering online. Glad I went with it. The attention to detail is really noticeable up close. My wedding planner was impressed with the quality.

I stumbled on Devotion via Instagram and felt an instant connection - so glad I did. The illusion neckline is stunning, giving coverage but still looks fabulous. The dress arrived beautifully wrapped with a branded box and a dress bag, which made unboxing special. Absolutely thrilled with it. The fabric shimmers nicely beautifully in photos. My photographer said it was one of the best dresses she's shot. I felt so confident walking down the aisle.

So happy with this dress for our 150-guest wedding last February. This fit was spot on - I danced over 10 hours without issue. Our photographer said it was one of the most beautiful dresses she's ever shot. The hand beading is gorgeous without being too much. I had to check in about shipping, and they were helpful. Would definitely recommend Devotion to other brides. The train looked incredible in our outdoor photos.
