The Delain dress from Devotion worked pretty well for me, though I do have a few observations. I only had to tweak the bust slightly; everything else felt spot on. It reflected light beautifully - our photos turned out stunning because of that. The color was a bit different from my screen but still lovely. The hem was longer than I imagined but my seamstress fixed it with no trouble. The V-neckline is very flattering without being too revealing. Overall, I'm glad I went with Devotion.

I wore this Delain A-line Deep V-neck dress in Ivory Dustyrose at a beautiful botanical garden last November and was genuinely pleased. My alterations lady was really impressed by the quality, especially for the price point. It arrived with some creases, which I expected from shipping. Overall, very satisfied and I'd suggest Devotion to brides searching for good value.

My experience with Devotion was decent Dresses. The two-in-one feature is clever - guests were surprised when I changed looks for the party. Truly, the back of the dress is stunning from behind; many guests commented on it. Truly, the dress arrived well wrapped in a branded box with a protective cover. The bodice was slightly off so I needed about 20 minutes of alterations, nothing major. I did have to check in about shipping status, but they responded quickly. I'd recommend it but go in with realistic expectations.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
