Beautiful dress all around. My seamstress kept commenting on its quality. Actually, the A-line silhouette is lovely. It arrived in immaculate express delivery packaging that made opening it special. A few guests called it stunning and I'm still riding that high. Actually, the back zipper was a bit stiff at first but now fine. This boat neckline feels very regal and timeless. Glad I chose Devotion. The silhouette was incredibly flattering on my body type. The beading work is really exquisite when you see it in person.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
