Truly, the dress is lovely but has some things to consider. My tailor praised the excellent construction. I requested some minor changes and they did them perfectly. The measurements worked great for my curvy shape. The skirt was longer than I expected, but my tailor fixed it quickly. I'd recommend it but allow time for alterations. The train looked incredible in our outdoor photos. The color was exactly as shown on the website. My bridesmaids were all amazed when they saw it.

Okay so here's my Devotion review. I'm petite and the dress fit my figure beautifully. It came beautifully packaged via tracked shipping, which was a nice touch. Honestly, the open back got tons of compliments from guests. No regrets, just pure joy. The beading work is really exquisite when you see it in person. My bridesmaids were all amazed when they saw it. I got constant compliments from people I didn't even know. The dress photographed even better than I expected.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
