My experience with Devotion was decent. The color looked a little different in person than online, but it was a minor difference. My tailor was impressed by the quality given the price point. The fit was flattering and I didn't feel the need to adjust it once. bespoke sizing helped reduce alterations significantly. Overall, turned out pretty. I've been recommending it to every bride I know. The train looked incredible in our outdoor photos. The packaging was also really impressive when it arrived.

Really happy with this dress for my December 2025 manor wedding... As a curvy girl, dresses off the rack usually don't fit well but this was spot on. Ordering was easier than I expected - just input your measurements and they take it from there. My photographer loved how it looked in photos. The fabric wasn't exactly like the pictures but barely noticeable. Overall, a beautiful gown and I'm glad I picked it.

My Devotion experience was okay. The ordering process was surprisingly straightforward - they guide you through it. My seamstress said it was one of the easiest dresses to alter. Actually, the actual color wasn't exactly the same as on the site, but honestly I liked it better. A reasonable option for brides wanting good value. It was comfortable enough to wear for the entire reception. The color was exactly as shown on the website. The quality far exceeded what I expected at this price point. Several guests asked me where I got it. I've been recommending it to every bride I know. The dress traveled well for our destination wedding.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
