Stunning dress. I kept catching myself in the mirror and couldn't believe it was really me. The sequins add a beautiful shimmer. Shipping took a little longer than expected, but it was worth the wait. The bodice was tight so I needed about 20 minutes of alterations but nothing major. Still glad I chose this dress. The lace detail on the bodice is absolutely gorgeous. It was the first dress I tried on and I just knew. The detailing on the sleeves was a beautiful touch. I tried on dozens of dresses before finding this one. The back detail is really what makes this dress special.

Basically, overall, a good experience with Devotion. Their support team was responsive and caught a measurement that seemed off, asking me to redo it. Actually, the open back is such a beautiful detail. I needed to reach out about shipping once and they were very helpful. The buttons were tight at first but eased up after a few wears. A fair option if you want good value. The train looked incredible in our outdoor photos.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
