Really pleased with this dress for my October 2025 wedding at a historic inn. The quality exceeds expectations for the price. Their customer service was great, guiding me through customizations. Being tall, Devotion's measurements worked well for me. I had to ask about delivery timing, and they sorted it quickly. Excellent value for a custom dress. The beading work is really exquisite when you see it in person. The quality far exceeded what I expected at this price point. The color was exactly as shown on the website.

So, our photographer said they'd never seen this dress before. The fit was great - I danced all night comfortably; it hugged where it should and flowed perfectly elsewhere. I found Devotion through Instagram and it just felt right. The dress is gorgeous with a minor note. The quality is far better than dresses I tried locally. I customized the train length and they nailed it. The bodice was a bit tight, needing about 20 minutes of alterations, but easy to fix. Gorgeous dress despite that, and I'm happy with my choice. How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
