Pretty dress but mixed feelings. The craftsmanship is impressive and you can tell it's expertly sewn by skilled people. I had to ask about a measurement and they responded quickly. There was a tiny loose thread near the hem, which I easily snipped off. Good choice for brides on a budget. The silhouette was incredibly flattering on my body type. Several guests asked me where I got it. I was able to dance all night without any discomfort.

I wore this to our big castle ceremony and received compliments. I only needed the length shortened a bit; otherwise, it felt perfect. My tailor praised the construction as excellent. The A-line shape is classic and flattering. The dress arrived with some wrinkles but a quick steam fixed that. The buttons were slightly stiff at first but fine now. Overall, I'm happy with it. I got lots of compliments from people I didn't even know.

Beautiful dress overall. Thanks to Devotion's the sizing, my seamstress barely had to adjust anything. Actually, the floral appliques add amazing texture. I do wish there were more customization options, but it's not a dealbreaker. Very happy and would recommend to other brides.

Truly, the off-shoulder sleeves are removable, which is great, but I wish I had known they'd each need separate steaming. The dress arrived flawless, but the organza got wrinkled during shipping. That said, the open back is truly breathtaking, and for the price, I can't complain.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
