Well, good experience overall with the dress dress. The customer service team was fantastic - they helped me decide between two gowns. The two-in-one design blew my guests away when I changed my look for the party. the backless design got lots of compliments. The fabric was slightly different than online but barely noticeable. Shipping took about a week longer than expected but they kept me updated, so I wasn't worried. A fair choice for brides wanting good value. I've been recommending it to every bride I know. My wedding planner was impressed with the quality. I got so many compliments from people I didn't even know. I would choose this dress again in a heartbeat.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
