Really pleased with this dress for my September 2024 farm wedding. Honestly, the boat neckline is so sophisticated and timeless. I requested a few small modifications and they handled them easily. Lovely dress with beautiful satin and a classic silhouette. The full back and sleeveless style were exactly what I wanted. However, I had to have the waist taken in slightly even though I followed the video measuring guide carefully - I'm not sure if I made a mistake or if the sizing runs a bit large. Actually, the sweep train length is nice. Overall, very happy given the price, just needed that one tweak. The attention to detail is really noticeable up close.

Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable).
