Devotion's bridal dress is gorgeous. Better quality than anything I tried at boutiques. Made to my exact measurements, it fit nearly perfectly. The dress catches light beautifully, especially at golden hour. It arrived with some creases which is normal from shipping. I'm really glad I chose Devotion.

Such a lovely bridal gown with just a couple small points. It's obvious this isn't mass-produced. The open back is a real showstopper. Being tall, the custom fit made a big difference - the dress fit me exactly. The A-line silhouette is flattering. Truly, the color was more champagne than expected but I ended up liking it more. This was a decent wedding dress option from Devotion. The personalized fit is a huge help - no more guessing sizes. This color was warmer than online images but still beautiful. It did crease in the box but that's normal. A solid value choice for brides. I received so many compliments from people I didn't even know.

The beading on this dress was beautiful and caught light perfectly during our outdoor May ceremony... The fit mostly matched their measurement guide, though I needed to have the straps taken in about half an inch by my local seamstress. The plisse tulle has a lovely texture but it's heavier than I expected, so keep that in mind if your wedding is in summer. Overall, very happy with the quality for the price.

I got married last October and this dress was perfect for our vineyard venue. I measured myself following their guide, and we followed the their step-by-step guide exactly. This open back is gorgeous, and the sweep train length was great for walking through grass. Truly, the milk color was a bit more ivory than it appeared on my screen, but it looked beautiful in person so no complaints. Devotion's customer service was very responsive to all my questions.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable).
