Decent gown from Devotion with some positives and negatives. Customer service was excellent - quick email responses. My seamstress said it was one of the best-constructed dresses she's worked on. The mermaid fit is stunning with a dramatic flare. The back buttons were stiff at first but loosened quickly. Ended up pretty and I'm happy enough. The silhouette was incredibly flattering on my body type. Even months later, I still look at my photos and smile. I would choose this dress again in a heartbeat.

The trumpet style on this dress was incredibly flattering and elegant. I loved the combination of the sweetheart neckline with the low back - both modern and timeless. one of their reps helped me when I had questions about sleeve customization; I ended up keeping the original length. The satin was thick and high-end, although it did wrinkle during travel to our destination wedding in Mexico. A quick steam fixed it, and then it looked flawless. Great value for the price!

Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable).
