Devotion's dress was decent and their sizing really worked for my curvy figure... I had to follow up about my delivery timeline, but they sorted it quickly. Actually, the color was a touch warmer than online photos, but actually looks better in person. I'd recommend it, though with the few caveats mentioned. I got endless compliments from people I didn't even know. The lace detail on the bodice is absolutely gorgeous. The packaging was also really impressive when it arrived. The beading work is really exquisite when you see it in person.

At a lovely lakeside venue in April, this dress was absolutely perfect. I only needed to have the length shortened a bit, and that was it. How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable).
