Gorgeous gown overall. My flower girl said I looked like a queen when she saw me in it. My seamstress was super impressed as well. Shipping took about a week longer than expected, but since it's beautifully sewn to order, that felt fair. A great value for a custom wedding dress.

I'm really happy with my dress for our midsummer wedding. The sweetheart neckline is stunning and frames my bust beautifully. They kept me updated throughout the production, which helped ease my nerves. The quality impressed both me and my seamstress - the lacework is very detailed. The fabric was slightly different than on my screen, but it was a minor difference. I'd recommend it but wanted to mention that. Several guests asked me where I got it. My photographer said it was one of the best dresses she's shot. Even months later, I still look at my photos and smile.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable).
