My Lucile dress arrived beautifully packaged in a Devotion box with the careful wrapping included. Truly, the embroidery details are incredible for the price. The lace appliques are stunning, and I loved the detachable long sleeves for the church ceremony. Actually, the milk color was a bit more ivory than I expected from the photos, but it still fit perfectly with my wedding theme. tracked shipping shipped it to me in just five days, which was surprisingly quick. It was comfortable enough to wear for the entire reception.

Overall, I loved my dress but found that the sequins around the sweetheart neckline were a bit scratchy during the reception. I ended up adding some fabric tape to fix it. The fit was spot on after carefully following their measurement guide with my sister's help - we triple-checked everything! the exposed back was very flattering, and the train length worked perfectly for our venue. I just wish the sequins were sewn softer against the skin.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
