Good dress from Devotion - here are my thoughts. it showed up beautifully wrapped, which was a nice touch. The zipper was a bit tricky at first but works fine now. The fabric wasn't exactly like the photos online, but it was barely noticeable. My tailor was amazed by the quality for the price. The lace details are really fine. I'd still recommend it, just keep these points in mind. I appreciated how responsive the team was throughout the process. The silhouette was incredibly flattering on my body type. My bridesmaids were all amazed when they saw it.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
