Really pretty bridal dress! It came beautifully packaged via international delivery, complete with a velvet hanger and repair kit. Actually, the beading shines subtly but makes a great impact. The long sleeves were perfect for my cooler-weather wedding. I did have to check in on shipping status, and their team was very helpful. Still very happy with my decision. So, the dress is nice but my experience was mixed... Customer service was really patient and got back to me within hours. It fits perfectly for my body type - I could move, breathe, and dance easily. Shipping took longer than expected, but I think it's fair since it's carefully crafted. The side zipper was stiff at first, but that's no longer a problem. Overall, I'm glad I chose Devotion. I would choose this dress again in a heartbeat.

Honestly, so my experience was overall positive dress. the sleeves were perfect. My partner was almost speechless at the altar when he saw me. They kept me updated during production, which really helped calm my nerves. The boat neckline gives it a regal vibe. There was a small loose thread near the waist that I just snipped off, no big deal. Actually, the bust needed a little adjusting, but now it fits perfectly. A solid choice if you want good value. I was nervous ordering online but it turned out perfectly.

Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
