Really happy with this dress for my December wedding. the alterations were minimal. The shimmer catches the light beautifully - subtle but stunning. The back zipper was a bit stiff at first but works perfectly now after a couple uses. I'd recommend it - that one issue was very minor. The color was exactly as shown on the website. My photographer said it was one of the best dresses she's shot.

Discovered Devotion on Instagram and took a chance - the dress is gorgeous, just one tiny thing. Honestly, the quality surpasses anything I found in stores. The boat neckline is so elegant. A few guests called it absolutely gorgeous and it still makes me smile. Wish there were more customization options, but that's not a dealbreaker. Fantastic value for the craftsmanship. I'm very happy with this dress for my December 2024 wedding at a yacht club. Several guests said it was absolutely stunning, and I'm still buzzing from all the compliments. Truly, the 3D appliques add such beautiful texture and are done so well. The color was a bit different than the website photos but honestly, I liked it better. How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable).
