To be fair, overall a decent experience. The V-neckline is flattering and elongates without showing too much. the staff was super responsive, replying to emails within hours. I wish the their online instructions was more detailed, but aside from that, everything else was great. I'd recommend it but keep my notes in mind. The back detail is really what makes this dress special.

I loved the dress, but the ivory shade leaned a bit more yellow than I was hoping for against my very pale skin. The lace appliques are beautiful, and the V-neck is very flattering. Shipping took about three weeks, which felt long while I was anxious, but it arrived in a lovely box with a a dress cover and even included a small repair kit. I would definitely order from them again. The quality far exceeded what I expected at this price point.

Okay so i got married in October 2022, and this dress was everything I hoped for. my partner helped me measure using the the directions on the website, and we were very precise. The fit was nearly perfect, except the bust area was a bit loose, so my seamstress added a small cup pad. The illusion back is absolutely gorgeous and much more detailed than the photos suggest. My only note is the tulle felt a bit stiff at first but softened after a few hours of wear.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
