To be fair, the dress looks great, with some pros and cons. The illusion neckline is stunning - very pretty coverage without compromising style. Truly, the fit was perfect for my body type; it hugs in the right places and flows nicely everywhere else. My husband said I was the most beautiful woman he'd ever seen, which made the day perfect. Shipping was about a week late, but they kept me updated so it wasn't stressful. I'm happy enough with the dress. I've been recommending it to every bride I know.

If you're reading this trying to make a decision, trust me on this - you won't regret it. The trumpet style is absolutely stunning, flaring out so beautifully at the bottom. The illusion neckline is delicate and the detailing is intricate. You can tell skilled careful tailors made this. Huge thank you to the Devotion team. The beading work is really exquisite when you see it in person. I was able to dance all night without any discomfort. My bridesmaids were all amazed when they saw it.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
