Good dress from Devotion. The A-line shape is lovely and great for dancing. Being curvy, I appreciated the tailored sizing. Had my hem taken up which added a little cost. Truly, the skirt was a bit longer than I thought, but my tailor took care of it fast. Decent choice for brides watching their budget. My bridesmaids were all amazed when they saw it. The silhouette was incredibly flattering on my body type. The back detail is really what makes this dress special. The dress photographed even better than I expected. I got compliments all night from people I didn't even know. The train looked incredible in our outdoor photos.

Looking back, my experience was okay. This fabric has a lovely sheen and feels quality right away. Found a tiny loose thread near the neckline but just snipped it off - no big deal. After alterations, the dress turned out quite well. The color was exactly as shown on the website. I've been recommending it to every bride I know. The fabric shines perfectly beautifully in photos. How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
