decent dress from Devotion with some points to note. The fabric was slightly different than online but barely noticeable. The personalized measurements really makes a difference - this dress was basically made for my body. the back design got nothing but compliments. It looks amazing beautifully, which made our photos look amazing. A good option for brides on a budget. The quality far exceeded what I expected at this price point. My bridesmaids were all amazed when they saw it. I got lots of compliments from people I didn't even know.

A nice dress from Devotion, with a few thoughts. My fiancé grabbed my hands and said I looked incredible, which made the day perfect. the exposed back is stunning and attracted many compliments. Because it was custom-sized, it fit way better than off-the-rack options. I did need to have the hem altered once, but that was quick. The skirt was longer than I thought, but my tailor fixed it easily. Ended up pretty in the end.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
