I'm very happy with this dress for our winter art gallery wedding. Guests told me how gorgeous it was and I'm still buzzing. There was a tiny thread near the neckline that I just snipped off - no big deal. I'd encourage other brides to try Devotion; the issue was minor. It was comfortable enough to wear for the entire reception. The packaging was also really impressive when it arrived. The lace detail on the bodice is absolutely gorgeous. The dress traveled well for our destination wedding. My photographer said it was one of the best dresses she's shot. It was the first dress I tried on and I just knew. The train looked incredible in our outdoor photos. The quality far exceeded what I expected at this price point.

Beautiful bridal dress with just a couple small things to mention. I only needed the waist taken in slightly. The quality is far better than anything I found in stores. Truly, the trumpet silhouette is so glamorous. I appreciated the updates when production started and shipment - it was reassuring. The bodice was a bit tight but my seamstress fixed it and now it's perfect. Would recommend with that minor note. I've been recommending it to every bride I know.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
