The embroidery on the Oural is gorgeous, and the chiffon feels so light. I'm giving it four stars mainly because the ivory color was warmer than I expected from the photos. Even though I followed the measurement guide carefully, my seamstress had to take in the waist about an inch. Still, it was a beautiful dress for my October 2023 wedding, though I wish the color had been a bit cooler. My wedding planner was impressed with the quality. The lace detail on the bodice is absolutely gorgeous. The silhouette was incredibly flattering on my body type.

How long does production take?

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
