The dress is pretty but I had a mixed experience. The long sleeves added the sophistication I wanted. The dress arrived with some wrinkles but they steamed out easily. My alterations person was impressed by the quality given the price. Truly, the ordering process was smooth, with the team guiding me. I received lots of compliments from guests, which was nice. Totally head over heels for this dress from Devotion. My alterations person said the maker really knew their craft. Actually, the mermaid/trumpet fit is breathtaking, especially how it flares at the bottom. Truly, the dress arrived in immaculate packaging via express delivery Express. Ended up having a decent experience with this dress. I was able to modify the sleeves and they did a perfect job. the back of the dress is such a stunning detail - lots of guests mentioned it. I needed to have the sides taken in a bit which added some cost. There was a small loose thread on the bodice that I trimmed easily. Overall, happy I went with it.

Can you actually fall in love with a dress? Because I did. The trumpet silhouette is super flattering. My grandma gasped when she saw me in it. trust me it's worth it. I would choose this dress again in a heartbeat. I tried on dozens of dresses before finding this one. The lace detail on the bodice is absolutely gorgeous.
