I had a pretty decent experience with Devotion. I did have to reach out about my delivery date, but they got back to me the same day. The A-line shape is flattering and comfortable for dancing, which was important. Their customer service was amazing - they answered every question I sent them. I would say it's a good option if you're on a budget. The lace detail on the bodice is absolutely gorgeous. My photographer said it was one of the best dresses she's shot. The back detail is really what makes this dress special.

I wore this dress for our local wedding last May and it was okay overall. The lace is really delicate and beautiful - nothing cheap or scratchy, which was a relief. I did have to follow up once about the delivery timeline, but they handled it quickly. After some alterations, the dress looked quite nice. My bridesmaids were all amazed when they saw it.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
