I stumbled upon Devotion by accident, but it turned out to be the best accident ever. Actually, the fabric drapes and moves beautifully. The dress is gorgeous with just a small note. I only needed one tiny alteration, which my seamstress finished in 20 minutes. I had to get the waist adjusted slightly, which added a bit to the cost. the back was everyone's favorite detail. Way better than I expected at this price point.

The pictures online are pretty, but in person? Next level. My bridesmaids started tearing up when they saw me. So, in the end, a fair experience with Devotion Dresses. The two-in-one concept was clever - my guests loved the transformation for the party. I requested a few small changes, and they executed them perfectly. Being tall, it fit my body beautifully. Truly, the V-neckline was just the right depth. The color was slightly different than on the website, but barely noticeable. The dress looks nice overall.

My Saphira dress arrived quicker than expected, and the satin fabric quality is gorgeous. My seamstress commented on how well-made it is. The only issue was the cape's attachment points were a little loose, so she had to reinforce them, but overall I'm really happy with how the dress photographs. The feather details are delicate and beautiful!

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
