Good looking dress but with some ups and downs. My partner cried when he saw me during our first look. I needed a slight waist adjustment which added a bit to the cost. Honestly, the color in real life was slightly different than the photos but barely noticeable. After alterations, the dress turned out nicely.

The dress is nicely crafted with some ups and downs. It came beautifully wrapped through priority delivery, which was a lovely surprise. The lace is delicate and soft, definitely not cheap or scratchy. I did wish they'd sent some progress photos while making it, but in the end, I was pretty satisfied after getting it altered a bit. The attention to detail is really noticeable up close. I would choose this dress again in a heartbeat. The lace detail on the bodice is absolutely gorgeous.

I'm giving five stars because Devotion truly delivered on their promise. I ordered this in early 2023 after seeing my coworker's dress from them. This mermaid shape is very fitted, so if you're between sizes, I'd recommend sizing up. I followed their guide exactly - taking all 22 measurements - and it fit perfectly. The lace appliques on the mesh are delicate, and the nude lining is just the right tone. My fiancé actually teared up when he saw me, which is pretty rare for him!

This trumpet silhouette is super flattering, and the nude underlay with lace makes the design look like it's directly on your skin. I'm petite, and the skirt hugged my hips perfectly before flaring just right. This mesh fabric turned out sturdier than I expected. A minor issue was the zipper was stiff at first - my bridesmaid had to really pull it to get me in - but it loosened up during the day. It was custom made using my experienced tailors measurements and honestly fit better than the $3k boutique dress I tried on. The back detail is really what makes this dress special.

Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable).
