The dress is beautiful with some pros and cons. Truly, the color was a bit more champagne than it looked on my screen, but still beautiful. The fabric is gorgeous and every detail is well-finished.

A well-made dress but with a mixed experience. the packaging was really nice, with a velvet hanger and repair kit included. The sequin details are really pretty in person. There was a small loose thread near the waist that I easily trimmed. The dress looks great after alterations. The silhouette was incredibly flattering on my body type.

To be fair, i wore this to our intimate country club ceremony. Overall, a decent dress. It looks much better in person than on the website. The packaging via priority shipping Express was immcaulate, which was a nice surprise. Shipping took about a week longer than quoted, but for beautifully sewn-to-order, that felt reasonable. The dress turned out nicely. I appreciated how responsive the team was throughout the process. I felt so confident walking down the aisle.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
