To be fair, this dress is well made, but there are pros and cons. I love the two-in-one idea - dramatic for the ceremony, then a different look for the reception! The A-line shape is beautiful and great for dancing. Ordering was smooth using their video measurement guide. The zipper was a bit stiff at first but loosened up after a couple of uses. Shipping took a bit longer than expected, about a week extra, but the dress made up for it. I'd recommend it, just with realistic expectations. I was able to dance all night without any discomfort.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
