This dress is well-made but not perfect. The fit suited my body type well - I could move, breathe, and dance all night. Honestly, it's better quality than other online dresses I looked at. Their customer service was amazing, replying within hours. Shipping took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating, and I wish they sent progress photos during production. Still, I think the dress looks pretty overall.

To all the brides reading reviews: take the leap. This dress is amazing. it came well-packaged, and opening it felt special. The fabric drapes so nicely and photographs beautifully. It catches light, especially during golden hour, in the best way. I'm a size 15, and usually dresses don't fit me well off the rack, but this was perfect. Don't overthink it, just order. The attention to detail is really noticeable up close. The back detail is really what makes this dress special. The lace detail on the bodice is absolutely gorgeous. The dress traveled well for our destination wedding. The silhouette was incredibly flattering on my body type. I tried on dozens of dresses before finding this one.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable).
