Pretty dress, but my experience was mixed. I'm athletic and the personalized fit really helped. It came beautifully packaged via express shipping with a velvet hanger and repair kit. The color was slightly more ivory than online but I liked it better. The back zipper was stiff at first but loosened up. A fair option for brides watching their budget. I got nothing but compliments from people I didn't even know. The dress traveled well for our destination wedding. The train looked incredible in our outdoor photos. My mother cried when she first saw me in it. The packaging was also really impressive when it arrived. I got lots of compliments from people I didn't even know.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
