This gown was exactly what I dreamed of. Ordering was pretty straightforward - just input your measurements and they take care of the rest. My best friend couldn't stop smiling when she saw me in it. Our photographer mentioned how perfectly the fabric caught the light. Truly, the woman who did my alterations was impressed and said it was one of the easiest alterations she's done. Couldn't be happier. The beading work is really exquisite when you see it in person. I felt so confident walking down the aisle. It was comfortable enough to wear for the entire reception.

This dress is really beautiful - I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could. I added buttons down the back and they handled it easily. My partner was totally speechless, which made the day even more special. Honestly, the zipper was a bit tricky at first but that settled. Minor hiccup aside, I'm happy with Devotion and the dress.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable).
