I found Devotion through Instagram and got hooked on browsing their collection. I'm really happy with my dress. their support team was super helpful - she noticed a measurement that seemed off and asked me to redo it. Honestly, the construction quality got compliments from my tailor. I only needed the waist taken in a bit, and my seamstress finished that in 20 minutes. I also had the hem taken up, which added a little extra cost. I'd recommend Devotion but keep these points in mind. I was able to dance all night without any discomfort.

Beautiful gown overall. It's obvious this dress was well-made with great care. I found myself looking down at it and smiling all the time. There were some slight creases in the box, but nothing a good steam couldn't fix. Very happy and would suggest Devotion to other brides. How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
