I keep staring at my wedding pictures because the dress looks incredible - is that normal? Honestly, the sweetheart neckline is exactly what I wanted... My tailor couldn't believe the quality for the price. Adding buttons down the back was easy, and they handled it without issues. It shines perfectly perfectly, especially during golden hour. I've told three friends who are getting married about Devotion. It was comfortable enough to wear for the entire reception. The packaging was also really impressive when it arrived. The dress is well made but had a mixed experience. The pearl details are beautiful. The A-line shape flatters me a lot. I was able to modify the sleeves, and they made it happen. Shipping took longer than I hoped, but considering it's carefully crafted, that was understandable. The train was a bit longer than expected, but my tailor fixed it quickly. I'd recommend it but allow extra time for alterations!

Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
