The dress is lovely but I had mixed feelings. I only needed one small alteration which my seamstress completed in about 20 minutes. The craftsmanship is excellent, and my seamstress agreed. The Devotion team was fantastic - they caught a measurement that seemed off and asked me to redo it. I wish the directions on the website was a bit more detailed, but everything else was great. Had to get the sides taken in, which added a bit to the cost. this was the right call. My wedding planner was impressed with the quality.

Well, i ordered this dress on a whim and have zero regrets. My photographer said the fabric reflects beautifully beautifully. The quality is so much better than bridal shops at twice the price. My mom gave me a huge hug when she saw me in it. The fit was flattering and I could move, breathe, and dance without restrictions. Easily the best dress decision I made. It was comfortable enough to wear for the entire reception. The beading work is really exquisite when you see it in person. My photographer said it was one of the best dresses she's shot.

The trumpet silhouette is beautiful, but I did need the hips taken in a bit, even with custom measurements. The off-shoulder style is really romantic, and the fabric quality is excellent. Shipping took almost four weeks, longer than I hoped, but customer service kept me informed throughout. For the price compared to what I tried on in stores, it's still a great choice!

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
